Analisis Keterampilan Mengajar Guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) melalui Kegiatan Lesson Study dan Open Class Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu proses pembelajaran berhubungan dengan keterampilan guru, di Indonesia sendiri pembelajaran PJOK mengalami krisis yang sangat memperhatikan sekali, maka dari itu di butuhkan suatu pendekatan untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran, lesson study dan open class merupakan pendekatan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran khususnya di PJOK. Penelitian tindakan upaya untuk mengetahui keterampilan guru mengajar melalui kegiatan open class. Penelitian ini di lakukan di SD Negeri Karanggayam 2 Sampang yang melibatkan 24 siswa dan 1 guru model dan 3 guru pengamat. Untuk mengetahui Keterampilan guru menggunakan instrumen Formative Class Evaluation (FCE) sedangkan untuk menilai keterampilan guru menggunakan angket dan Duration Recording System. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan guru melalui penilai siswa menggunakan angket FCE termasuk kategori baik dengan rata-rata 2,94, sedangkan rata-rata nilai keterampilan mengajar guru melalui penilain 3 guru pengamat rata-rata 38,33 termasuk ke kategori sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan lesson study dan Open Class dapat menjadi jalan alternatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar.
